Suggested Use & Dosing Instructions
Topical Use:
- Shake the bottle before each use.
- Apply a small amount using a clean fingertip to areas of concern.
- Product may be massaged into the skin or used with a heating pad to support absorption.
Oral Use:
- General guideline: 1 milliliter (mL) per 100 pounds of body weight.
- Wait at least 30 minutes between doses before considering an additional amount.
- FireKitty is a non-toxic formula. If too much is taken, temporary drowsiness or mild digestive discomfort (such as loose stool) may occur.
Oral Dosing by Use Case:
- Children (Oral Use):
Start with 0.2 mL, increasing to 0.5 mL over the first week as needed.
Wait 45 minutes between doses. - Sleep Support:
Suggested dose is 1–2 mL, taken orally.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who survived two strokes in January 2025 the first one affecting her right side of the brain the second one affecting the left side the effects left her nonverbal and in a wheelchair with no function to the right side of her body we were lucky enough to have some knowledge of fire kitty products due to my mom using it in the past to relieve some pain she had in her knee from a previous injury I’d say after a month of taking the oil orally She regained more motor skills allowing her speech to improved (we can understand her) .she is moving her right foot and the doctor are pleasantly surprised yes she’s in OT/PT and speech and is one strong woman but she and I did not notice significant improvement until taking fire kitty oil and I don’t think she will STOP taking it. My mom my family and I are truly grateful and will always give fire kitty the acknowledgment and credit it deserves!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my our hearts and my moms foot 🙂
